These terms govern your use of the Solemn pre-launch website and waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

1.About these terms

This website at solemnlegacy.com (the "Site") is operated by Solemn Legacy Limited ("Solemn", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@solemnlegacy.com.

By accessing the Site or submitting your details to our waitlist, you confirm you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.The Site is pre-launch

Solemn is currently in development, with launch planned for 2027. The Site exists to share information about what we are building and to let you register interest. Everything on the Site is provided for general information only and may change at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of any product or service.

3.Joining the waitlist

When you join the waitlist you give us your name and email so we can keep you updated. By doing so you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The details you provide are accurate and your own.
• You consent to us emailing you about Solemn, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, guarantee you a place in any launch, guarantee any particular price or feature, or form a contract for the future product. We may close, change, or prioritise the waitlist at our discretion. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

4.Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Submit false details or someone else's data without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our permission.

5.Intellectual property

The Solemn name, the "S" emblem, logos, text, design, and all other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Solemn Legacy Limited and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reuse our branding or content elsewhere without our written permission.

6.No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep it accurate and online, we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Plans, timelines, and features described on the Site are indicative and may change. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude any implied warranties relating to the Site.

7.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solemn Legacy Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this pre-launch Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

8.Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example our waitlist provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Solemn develops. The current version will always be posted here with the date it was last updated. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
